What will happen to my file?
All staff and fee earners have joined another SRA regulated solicitors’ firm, Taylor Rose TTKW Limited ("Taylor Rose"). Temporarily, Taylor Rose will have care of your file of papers while you decide which new firm to instruct in place of Rollingsons. You may choose to instruct Taylor Rose. You can contact Taylor Rose on 020 3959 0550 and ask for the fee earner you were previously working with at Rollingsons. (Rollingsons' telephone numbers will now go straight to an automated message.) Alternatively you can write to their London office address at Golden Cross House, 8 Duncannon Street, London, WC2N 4JF. Email addresses are in the format email@example.com. Can I instruct another solicitor?
Yes of course, you may instruct any solicitor of your choice. Please just let your former Rollingsons fee earner know that you would like to instruct another law firm and they will immediately make arrangements for the safe transfer of your file, together with any other valuable documents Rollingsons may have been holding for you in their secure storage and any client funds that Rollingsons may be safely holding on your behalf.
What will happen to my closed file?
We are pleased to let you know that all closed and archived files will be safely transferred to Taylor Rose's safe custody. Should you wish to retrieve these documents please get in touch with your fee earner with whom you have been previously working at Rollingsons Solicitors and they will be happy to assist you and arrange for the safe transfer of these documents back to you or to any other solicitor of your choosing.
What will happen to any client money owed to me?
Rollingsons Solicitors Limited and Taylor Rose are both law firms regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. All client monies safely held in Rollingsons Solicitors Limited client account are not affected by the administration. Unless you instruct us otherwise, all client monies will be safely transferred to Taylor Rose's secure client account and will be allocated to your individual matter. What happens if I have any concerns regarding the handling of my client instructions or I have a complaint on my old Rollingsons file?
